This policy describes how Lithos, Inc. ("Lithos", "we") collects and uses information through this website, lithoshealth.com. It does not cover protected health information (PHI) handled in the course of patient care — see "Clinical care and health information" below.

Clinical care and health information

Lithos is a technology and management-services company; it does not practice medicine. Clinical care available through products and brands built on Lithos is provided by independently owned, affiliated professional entities (our "Affiliated Medical Groups") and their licensed clinicians. If you are a patient of a brand powered by Lithos, health information collected in the course of your care is protected health information governed by HIPAA, the treating medical group’s Notice of Privacy Practices, and the brand’s own privacy policy — not by this website policy. Lithos processes that information as a service provider under Business Associate Agreements and the applicable Master Services Agreement, and uses it only as those agreements allow. Please don’t send health information through this website.

Information we collect

Information you provide: name, email, company, role, and anything else you send us through forms, email, or when you book a call (scheduling is handled by Calendly, which has its own privacy policy).
Automatic information: standard log and device data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and timestamps — collected by our hosting provider and the analytics tools below.
Cookies and similar technologies: small files or identifiers stored on your device by us and the vendors below, used for analytics and to recognize visitors across sessions.

RB2B and Vector — visitor identification services that help us understand which people and companies visit our site so we can follow up about our services.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to a marketing website. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please don't send sensitive personal or health information through this website.
