Terms.

Last updated: July 27, 2026

These terms govern your use of this website (lithoshealth.com). Use of the Lithos API and clinical infrastructure is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and a Business Associate Agreement signed at onboarding — those agreements control where they conflict with this page.

Who we are

"Lithos", "we", "our" means Lithos, Inc., a Delaware corporation. By using this website you agree to these terms.

Clinical services and affiliated medical groups

Lithos, Inc. is a technology and management-services company. Lithos itself does not practice medicine, nursing, or pharmacy, and does not provide clinical care.

All clinical services available through products and brands built on Lithos are provided by independently owned and operated professional entities (our "Affiliated Medical Groups") and the licensed physicians and clinicians they employ or engage. The Affiliated Medical Groups hold the licenses to practice in each state where care is delivered, and they retain sole authority and responsibility for all clinical decisions — including diagnoses, prescriptions, and treatment plans. Lithos provides technology, administrative, and management services to the Affiliated Medical Groups and their customers; it does not direct or influence clinical judgment.

Using this website does not create a doctor–patient relationship with Lithos or with any Affiliated Medical Group. If you receive care through a brand powered by Lithos, that care is governed by the consents, terms, and notices presented to you by that brand and by the treating medical group at the time of care.

Eligibility

You may use this website if you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.
