Is there a minimum?
No. Pay as you go has no minimums and no monthly fee. Committed volume is optional and gets you lower rates from day one.
How do rates fall?
As your monthly volume grows, async visits fall from $45 toward $25 and sync visits from $70 toward $40. A volume commitment gets you the lower rates right away.
Who pays for medication?
Patients pay you, at prices you set. Medication passes through at pharmacy cost with no markup; mail-order pharmacy orders carry a small flat per-order fee.
Can we use just one service?
Yes. Every service is available on its own, and Enterprise plans add custom protocols and services à la carte.
