Do we need our own medical director?

No. Lithos provides the licensed providers, medical oversight and protocols. You choose which protocol-backed treatments your program offers.

Who owns the patients and the data?

You do. Patients are yours, they bill through your own merchant account, and you can export clinical and operational data at any time.

What does it cost to start?

The sandbox is free, and there is no setup or platform fee. You pay per completed visit. Medication passes through at pharmacy cost; mail-order pharmacy orders carry a small flat per-order fee.

How long until we can see patients?
