What does it cost at our size?
Nothing to start: no setup or platform fee. You pay per completed visit, and rates fall as your volume grows. Medication passes through at pharmacy cost; mail-order orders carry a small flat fee.
Who makes clinical decisions?
Licensed providers. AI prepares the chart so review is fast, but a licensed provider reviews every encounter and makes the clinical call.
Can we switch later?
Yes. You own your patients and data and can export everything through the API.
