Do we have to move our whole program?

No. Every service is available à la carte. Many teams start with one gap, like refills, coverage in new states or prior auth, and keep the rest of their stack.

Can we keep our own pharmacy?

Yes. Prescriptions can route to your pharmacy partners or to ours.

How is it priced?

There is no setup or platform fee. You pay per completed visit or per use of a service, and rates fall as your volume grows.

How does it fit with our existing systems?

Over a REST API with signed webhooks. Your system stays the source of truth for your product; Lithos returns encounters, prescriptions and orders as events.
