What is a cloud practice?
A licensed medical practice you use the way you use cloud infrastructure. Instead of hiring a medical director, licensing providers state by state and signing pharmacy contracts, your product calls Lithos over an API or MCP, and licensed providers, prescribing, pharmacy and compliance are there when a patient needs care.
Is Lithos the medical practice of record?
Yes. Licensed providers review and treat under our protocols, and we handle state compliance and carry the malpractice insurance for that care. Your team builds and runs the product, the patient experience and the relationship.
Whose patients are they?
Yours. Patients sign up in your product, pay you through your own merchant account, and see your brand on every screen. You can export clinical and operational data any time.
How is this different from a white-label storefront?
A storefront gives you its templates and its checkout, and usually resells the medication. The Cloud Practice gives you the clinical layer only, so you can build any experience on top, bill patients yourself and pay pharmacy cost for medication.
Can we work with our own medical director or clinical team?
Yes. Lithos works as an extension of your team. If you have a medical director or clinicians, we work alongside them on your protocols or ours. If you don’t, our medical director and clinical team provide the clinical guidance and leadership.
Can we use just part of it?
Yes. Keep the providers, pharmacy or tools that are working and add only what you need: prescribing, pharmacy routing, benefits checks and prior authorization, care agents or a new program.
What does it cost?
It's free to start. You pay per completed visit: $45 per async and $70 per sync visit on pay as you go, falling to $25 and $40 as you grow or with a volume commitment. No setup fee and no monthly platform fee.
