What do credits cover?
Completed visits and Lithos service fees, like benefits checks, prior authorizations, AI care agents and mail-order order fees. Medication itself passes through at pharmacy cost and isn’t covered by credits.
What does dedicated support include?
A named point of contact and a shared Slack channel with our clinical, compliance and engineering teams, plus launch planning for your protocols and states.
What happens when credits run out?
You keep going at your per-visit rate, with no signup fee, no monthly platform fee and no minimums. Async visits start at $45 and sync at $70, falling to $25 and $40 as volume grows.
